 Elite Personal Coaching -
 Cost = $150 Plan set up fee plus $50 per month (three month minimum).  After 3 months, you can 
     continue your season at $75 per month.  
 
     This is for athletes of all skill levels looking for the best way to enter the sport or 
     improve your personal record at any distance. This package features 
     one-on-one personal multisport coaching  to ensure a premier season. Elite 
     Personal Coaching includes:

  • Endurance testing to locate your personal heart rate zones for training

  • Computerized, personal feedback with "Training Peaks" software

  • Personal Equipment Assessment (PEA)

  • Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE) in each discipline

  • Planning of your race season

  • Planning of your training schedule - athlete specific plan

  • Unlimited telephone and email contacts with your coach, including pre-race day prep!

  • Multiple One-on-one training sessions with Jimi to hone your skills (for locals only) and discuss any multisport questions

  • Personal on-course ride through for the "Lansing Legislator" Sprint or Olympic Triathlon

  • Other courses and on-site race day coaching available for an additional fee

  • Discount on individual Swim, Ride, Run, sessions with your coach 

 1st Wave Coaching -
 Cost = $150 one time fee
     This is for athletes looking for a plan for a specific event.  It is designed to 
     enhance your race day performance. 

  • Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE) in each discipline

  • Planning of your 8-week training schedule - athlete specific plan (additional weeks can be purchased for a nominal fee)

  • 2 telephone contacts and unlimited email contacts with your coach

  • Final race day preparation telephone session with your coach

  • Discount on individual Swim, Ride, Run sessions with your coach 

Triathlon 101 Day Camp - (classes currently forming)
 Cost = $100 one time fee (3 person limit, per class - first come first serve) 
     Learn the ins and outs needed to get started in triathlon.  Athletes will need    
     to come prepared for a 4-6 hour session of
lecture and workouts including:

  • The "ins and outs of triathlon"

  • What to expect on race day

  • How to set up your transition area

  • Group open water swim session

  • Transition 1 practice

  • Group bike session

  • Transition 2 practice

  • Group run session

  • Question and Answer session

     *Attending athletes must be able to swim 500 meters continuous, ride 20   
       miles and run 5 miles.  There will be brief breaks in between sports while we 
       work on transitions.

Train for your A Race - (How many coaches will do this?)
 Cost = Travel fees vary depending on course. 
     Spend a couple days with Coach Bones.  We will look at your upcoming A race right on the 
     course!  This must be scheduled well in advance to ensure availability and so we can work on 
     specific areas before your race.

  • View the swim course and get in the water if possible

  • Ride the bike course and point out important sections and strategies for race day

  • Run on the course and practice nutrition

  • Prepare a mental plan and picture for race day

  • Discuss the race, triathlon and your training over dinner

USWTS Coaching Package - (classes currently forming)
 Cost = $125 first-come-first-serve
