This is for athletes looking for a plan for a
specific event. It is designed to
enhance your race day performance.

weeks can be purchased for a nominal fee)

Triathlon
101 Day Camp - (classes
currently forming)
Cost = $100 one time fee (3 person limit, per class - first come first
serve)
Learn the ins and outs needed to get started in
triathlon. Athletes will need
to come prepared for a 4-6 hour session of
lecture and workouts including:

*Attending athletes must be able to swim 500 meters continuous, ride

miles and run 5 miles. There
will be brief breaks in between sports while we

Cost = Travel fees vary depending on course.
Spend a couple days with Coach Bones. We
will look at your upcoming A race right on the
course! This must be scheduled well in advance to ensure
availability and so we can work on
specific areas before your race.
